ranking of the 5000 fastest-growing companies in the nation for the second year in a
row. Smooth Fitness, who comes in at number 4568, has experienced a 53% increase in
revenue over the last three years.

The Inc. 5000, an extension of Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 500 list, catches many

companies has to be U.S.-based, privately held independent – not subsidiaries or
divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2007 and have at least $600,000 in
net sales in the base year. Smooth Fitness was ranked 3,880 on the 2007 list.

This ranking puts Smooth Fitness among an elite group that over the years has
